All in all our stay was very good, no complaints whatsoever. Comforts of beautifully decorated room with a huge bed & gorgeous bathroom with bath & separate shower were fabulous.

Everything was fantastic!

The hotel had a gorgeous location just close to a muay thai gym. Our rooms were reasonably spacious with a huge bed, a new updated bathroom, for instance.

Absolutely beautiful huts, large and comfortable. Adjoining rooms for family. Wonderful pool. Attentive and helpful staff. Peaceful and tranquil setting.

The resort was fantastic. We loved the rooms - very spacious and clean. The location was beautiful and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive.

Service to the villa was not effecient. We requested for an international adapter several times and it never came. The air-conditioner broke down in the middle of the night and we had to endure the heat and stuffiness. The next day, the staff viewed this matter and upon departure the rightful thing to do would have been to compensate the guest for the inconvenience and distress that we had. It is always nice to know that the hotel regrets for their failures in making the stay of their guests uncomfortable.

Its marvellous, secluded location was a plus. The restaurant here was nice which had good food, we both ordered hot dishes.

The location in the jungle, surrounded by beautiful limestone cliffs and stunning mountains, is simply breathtaking. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, making you feel welcome and well taken care of. The basic amenities are all provided, and the rooms with a king-sized bed are incredibly comfortable. The new, updated bathrooms are modern and luxurious, with a huge bed and a gorgeous bathroom with a bath and separate shower. The breakfast options are delicious, offering a variety of choices to start your day off right.

All was perfect!

Spacious bungalow with lots of storage and large bathroom. Lovely staff. Quiet at nights, very relaxing environment. Easy access to town through hourly free shuttle. Nice, clean pool. Good wifi.

The music in the restaurant was terrible

Quiet and perfect location within a close distance from Ao Nam Mao Beach. Tastefully decorated, a nice size rooms, comfortable bed, exceptionally attentive stuff.

The breakfast was good, lots of options to start your day. The view was nice from the room and the pool area was clean. The location was close to town and the shuttle bus service was reliable.

The room had a musty smell and the air conditioning was weak. The Christmas decorations seemed hastily put together and did not add to the festive atmosphere.

The staff were great and very helpful. Great quiet location, away from the hussle and bussle. Breakfast was good value. The room was excellent, with great facilities. The staff made us feel very special when we arrived given it was our Wedding Anniversay.

We provided feedback that the hotel should invest in electronic mosquito repellants (plug socket ones - not expensive), together with top sheets for the beds. Too hot for duvets.

Friendly and attentive staff, good sized and comfortable rooms (pool view villa)

Location wasn't the best but shuttle service was useful however could be more frequent during busier periods.

The hotel is located in a beautiful hillside area with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable king-sized beds and updated bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service, with attention to detail and a friendly, welcoming attitude. The breakfast options are satisfying, offering a variety of choices to start your day.

No major issues were encountered during our stay.

Location of the resort is wonderful...mountains view and nature all around!
